Acquires professional and client knowledge by developing the ability to review and interpret governing documents and account agreements. 2\. Ensures appropriate account documentation is collected and imaged; ensures systems information is up-to-date; ensures accurate set up 3\. Receives service requests from partners, obtains appropriate information from partners to facilitate review/coding changes. 4\. Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to TL or manager 5\. Works effectively as a team member but also independently 6\. Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job and enjoys research and reading of documents 7\. Engages with Trust Advisors, Estate Settlement Administrators, Guardianship Administrators, and/or Client Advisors related to exceptions, re-assignments and documentation inquiries. 8\. Thinks critically to help identify efficiency enhancements, process improvements, and service delivery using creative and proactive measures. 9\. Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines. Knowledge/ Skills More technically sound in area of expertise related to fiduciary capacity including roles, responsibilities and definitions.
