Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Position: Analyst** **Planning and Risk Management Department** ** _Key responsibilities:_** **_Transaction Banking_** * Ensure prompt and effective resolution of client issues while delivering high standards of customer service and support for transaction banking–related matters. * Support regular product assessments in coordination with internal stakeholders at both branch and regional levels. * Partner with Corporate Banking Division/Dept CBD to promote new transaction banking solutions and secure customer transaction flows. * Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports, including customer profitability metrics and transaction volume data, for submission to TBOA. * Provide support for knowledge sharing on and staff training related to transaction banking products across the branch. * Assist in resolving issues related to GCMS+ and other cash management products. * Support the implementation of GPH, CCT, and additional products for Yangon customers, ensuring proper T24 setup and coordinating issue resolution with relevant team * Collaborate with internal department (Operations, CBD, and ASOM) to analyze transaction data and identify opportunities for im
