1-3 years experience in a similar business analyst role, Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, technology or engineering, record of analytic and quantitative work, Deep experience with short-term and Strategic forecast in Pharma industry, Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques, Proficiency in predictive modeling, Proficiency in forecasting methodologies, Experience operating successfully in a complex organizational environment, Experience interacting with senior management, Strong Python expertise, hands-on experience in libraries such as pandas, hands-on experience in libraries such as NumPy, hands-on experience in libraries such as scikit-learn, hands-on experience in related data science/ML packages, Experience integrating Python models with visualization or reporting tools, Advanced MS Excel proficiency, Advanced MS PowerPoint proficiency
