Reconciliation of daily profit and loss (P) figures for trading desks

Investigating and resolving discrepancies between P figures

Support the identification

and mitigation of trading risks

Report on financial risks to senior colleagues

Maintenance and analysis of the bank’s trading data

Provision of insights to traders and senior colleagues on trading performance

Preparation and submission of regulatory reports to authorities

Provision of support to external audits

Addressing auditor queries

Ensuring trading activities are appropriately reflected in financial statements

Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard

Driving continuous improvement

Develop technical expertise in work area

Acting as an advisor where appropriate
