What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1-3+ years of experience working in any fast-paced corporate setting., An undergraduate degree in a relevant area, ideally in commerceusiness, law, accounting or economics, with a academic record., Experience in a client-facing role., Excellent attention to detail, resourcefulness, and speed of execution., multi-tasking skills., Ability to communicate priorities and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders and build constructive high-trust relationships across teams and functions.

Nice to Have

Experience in transactional work with high volumes of transaction documents, such as M&A, capital markets, investments, or corporate finance., Experience with Private Equity or Venture Capital fund investments.

What You'll Do.

Manage Hiive’s transaction services initiatives and processes

deliver exceptional client service and achieve outstanding outcomes

responsible for maintaining communication templates to support transaction services

Assist in ongoing management of fund investments

Compile documents and signature packages and obtain signatures as part of transaction closings

manage and execute complex transactions and drive deals to closing

Liaise with parties to provide updates and troubleshoot issues

Work within Hiive’s platform and other information systems to organize

and track important information

You will run transactions from handshake to closing, provide exceptional support to the investors, sellers, legal counsel, and companies that we work with, and help Hiive’s clients unlock the value of the private market.
