What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, client coverage, or a comparable client-facing role at a financial institution, crypto firm, or fintech., Solid grounding in crypto and traditional finance concepts., Highly comfortable with AI tools (Claude or similar) and Google, written and verbal communication in English., Fluency in Mandarin is required., Willing and motivated to attend conferences, industry events, and networking functions to build relationships and generate pipeline., Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven, Hong Kong-based

What You'll Do.

Support VPs and Senior Institutional sales members across the full sales cycle: prospecting

onboarding coordination

and day to day ongoing client coverage.

Own a portfolio of smaller and mid-sized institutional clients directly to drive trading/client activation

and grow wallet share.

Prepare client-facing materials: pitch decks

Maintain pipeline hygiene and HubSpot CRM produce weekly pipeline

and revenue reporting for the team.

Coordinate cross-functionally with product

and legal to move deals through onboarding.

Attend industry conferences

and client meetings to build a personal network and source new opportunities.

Track market intelligence

and client feed insights back to product
