Smartkarma’s cloud-based platform leverages the latest in technology to provide a network for independent research analysts to curate and monetize research in an innovative and new way. * Over 1,500 insights published each month are made available on Smartkarma’s cloud-based research platform, contributed by 300+ research firms, globally. * Over 250 leading institutional asset managers have subscribed, including sovereign wealth funds, global asset managers, hedge funds, boutiques and family offices. * Our investors include Sequoia Capital, Singapore Exchange (SGX), Wavemaker Partners, Jungle Ventures and Spring Seed. Smartkarma launched pvtIQ (https://pvtiq.com/), an independent research and data provider, to deliver intelligence on Asian private markets in November 2025. pvtIQ is looking for a motivated Analyst – ASEAN Private Markets to provide ongoing research coverage across important venture capital- and private equity-backed businesses and industries in ASEAN. Key Responsibilities: * Research and publish high-impact research on venture capital- and private equity-backed businesses and industries in ASEAN for institutional investors. * Develop and implement proprietary data and metrics tracking, along with research frameworks, to provide commentary on ASEAN business and industry trends and opportunities. * Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, clients, and media to support primary research and thought leadership.
