Must Have
3 to 5 years of experience in a testing role, Experience in creating web pages, Experience in HTML & CSS, Experience in JavaScript, jQuery, Experience in AEM tools, Superb communication skills in both verbal and written English, Experience in communicating with stakeholders in multiple geographies, Effectively collaborate with cross-functional resources to deliver and market programs, Understanding Agile mode and Project mode to collaborate and work with the POD delivery team, Drive Continuous Process improvements and Process automation, Mindset to adopt the fast-changing environment as per the technology implementation to the different development teams, Ability to meet timely deadlines, Ability to ensure the Quality and SLA of the deliveries as per standards
Nice to Have
Experience in AEM, Experience in Responsive web design or emails, Experience working with customers in multiple geographies, Experience in the pharma industry is an added advantage, Understanding complex AEM architecture with multiple sites is a plus, Experienced in understanding Core component build and its features, Ability to act as an SME on the role and share expert opinions will be an added advantage

## **Job Title: Analyst - AEM Content Author** ## **Career Level: C3** ## **Introduction to role** Are you ready to join a diverse team that thrives on innovation and creativity? As an Analyst in Website Delivery, you'll be at the forefront of developing and assembling AEM pages from start to finish. You'll integrate assets, content fragments, and user experience components to deliver responsive, on-brand experiences. Collaborate with website, integration, tagging/analytics, campaign, Solution Owners, and project managers to align requirements, dependencies, and release timelines. Your work will have a direct impact on how we connect with our audience! ## **Accountabilities** * Page assembly: Build pages using approved AEM templates and components; structure content hierarchy, sections, and navigation per wireframes and page briefs. * Component configuration: Configure and style out-of-the-box/core components (text, image, carousel, teaser, tabs, accordions, forms) and apply policies/styles as defined. * Asset integration: Source, upload, and place assets from DAM; apply correct renditions, crops, alt text, captions, and metadata; ensure licensing/usage tags are present. * Content fragments & XFs: Insert and bind Content Fragments and Experience Fragments; lead variants and map them to the correct placements. * Localization setup: Create language copies, lead live/launch copies, and align content placements for multiregion/multilanguage sites. * Internal linking & nav: Build menus, breadcrumbs, and in-page anchors; maintain internal links, vanity URLs, and basic redirects as provided. * Page properties & metadata: Maintain titles, descriptions, tags, Open Graph/Twitter fields, canonical URLs settings per guidelines. * Responsive checks: Validate layouts across breakpoints; adjust component settings and media to maintain visual and functional integrity on mobile, tablet, and desktop. * Accessibility basics: Ensure headings order, alt text, link purpose, focus order,
