Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct timely registration of credit and market risk limits, such as new facility, renewal, amendment, suspension or termination in different systems in accordance with credit applications, compliance to the guidelines/rules and be responsible for the integrity of the data; * Prepare basic Terms & Conditions of credit facilities in alignment with credit approval; * Prepare and monitor daily control reports; * Monitor monthly reports of approved conditions/instructions and meet reports deadline as required; * Assist in the preparation of timely due date control reports; * Communicate with relationship managers and/or other stakeholders in respect of credit control issues; * Participate in the discussion on the enhancement of workflows and systems and perform the UAT; * Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation; * Adhere to all policies as well as guidelines; * Handle other ad hoc assignments. **Job****Requirements:** * Tertiary education or above; * 2 years of relevant experience. Candidate with less experience/fresh graduate will be considered as Administrator; * Sound knowledge of policies
