For additional information, please visit Oaktree’s website at **Responsibilities** The Corporate Accounting Department at Oaktree is seeking an Accounting Analyst responsible for supporting the month-end close process, preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and analyzing financial results. Responsibilities include: * Responsible for the daily accounting operations: compensation and benefits including payroll, equity and incentive compensation, cash reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, business tax, and other core general administrative expenses. * Develop relationships and work closely with business partners including Payroll, HR, and Compensation Operation to ensure smooth execution of payroll accountings entries related to payroll, equity compensation and benefits * Participate in the month-end and quarter-end close process, including posting of accruals, account reconciliations, fluctuation analysis, and preparation of management reports. * Review financial calculations and account analysis; create robust supporting schedules for assigned accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis. * Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in journal entry posting, reconciliations and other operational processes of Workday. * Coordinate with internal and ex
