The Analyst 1 (Inventory Control) is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, integrity, and flow efficiency through data-driven analysis, system enablement, and process optimization. This role contributes from day one by strengthening inventory visibility, identifying discrepancies, and supporting operational decision-making. The Analyst also plays a key role in advancing inventory management from manual tracking to automated, system-driven, and intelligent control environments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities. * Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and data integrity across systems (WMS/ERP/MES). * Monitor inventory movements (receipts, storage, kitting, issuance) and highlight risks such as shortages, excess, or misalignment. * Support cycle count processes, variance analysis
