ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor and maintain fulfillment KPIs, including data analysis and performance reporting * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, and issue resolution * Lead weekly coordination meetings with VMI hubs to address operational issues and verify billing accuracy * Facilitate weekly/monthly carrier review meetings, including issue tracking and documentation of meeting minutes * Manage customs clearance matters in collaboration with carriers and the Finance team, ensuring compliance with legal and local regulatory requirements * Review order status and inventory transactions within the ERP system, coordinating issue resolution with relevant stakeholders * Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities * Support internal and external audi
