Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, 0-2 years of experience in logistics operations or a related discipline, System proficiency and data analysis capability, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Proven experience working within international or cross-functional teams, Demonstrated reliability with attendance and punctuality, Good command of spoken and written English
Nice to Have
Experience in import and export clearance and customs declaration preferred, Ability to speak Chinese will be given special consideration
What You'll Do.
Monitor and maintain fulfillment KPIs
Analyze data for performance reporting
Coordinate with stakeholders for daily operations
Ensure smooth receiving operations
Ensure smooth order fulfillment
Resolve operational issues
Lead coordination meetings with VMI hubs
Address operational issues with VMI hubs
Verify billing accuracy with VMI hubs
Facilitate carrier review meetings
Document meeting minutes
Manage customs clearance matters
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Review inventory transactions
Coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders
Identify operational inefficiencies
Identify cost optimization opportunities
Support internal audit activities
Support external audit activities
Develop Work Instructions for systems
Develop Work Instructions for operational processes
Support User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements
Support User Acceptance Testing for process enhancements
