Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated and innovative Analogues Beverages Powder Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in connecting top professionals with leading organizations across various industries, including food and beverage. As an Analogues Beverages Powder Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of powdered beverage analogues, ensuring product quality, stability, and consumer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance product formulations. This role requires a strong background in food science, particularly in beverage powder technologies, with a focus on ingredient functionality, processing methods, and quality control. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in beverage powder development, preferably in analogues or alternative beverage products. * Profound understanding of drying technologies, powder formulation, and ingredient interactions. * Experience with pilot plant scale-up and production processes. * Strong problem-solving skills to address formulation challenges and improve product stability. * Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and industry standards. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. **Benefits** Salary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
