This role involves close collaboration with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance analog IPs supporting advanced memory technologies. The engineer is expected to clearly communicate complex technical concepts, evaluate design tradeoffs, and contribute to architecture and product development decisions. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced memory products. * Analyze and communicate design tradeoffs to design teams and internal customers. * Provide feasibility and topology tradeoff assessments during architecture development. * Perform schematic- and post-layout-level simulations to verify circuit functionality, performance, and robustness. * Collaborate with architecture, layout, CAD, modeling, and verification teams to ensure high-quality designs. * Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across future memory technology nodes. * Collaborate with different function areas like systems, layout and digital designers among others. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field with a specialization in Microelectronics. * Plus 2+ years of relevant experience in analog design engineering or a related occupation * Experience in Analog and Mixed‑Signal IC design using advanced CMOS and FinFET technologies. * Background in CMOS analog/mixed‑signal circ
