## Accountabilities Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments ensuring stability and performance. Create and manage sites, pages, lists, libraries, web parts, and collaborative components aligned with business needs. Manage permissions, access groups, security policies, and sharing settings to ensure proper governance and data protection. Structure and maintain document governance frameworks including metadata, taxonomy, versioning, and retention policies. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions and improvements. Develop and maintain workflows and automations using Power Automate when applicable. Support creation of forms and lightweight applications using Power Apps when needed. Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and related services. Improve user experience, portal structure, and visual standardization across collaborative environments. Support migrations, content restructuring, incident resolution, and continuous platform improvements. Produce technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures to support platform usage. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and Microsoft 365 best practices across all solutions. Requirements: Proven experience as SharePoint Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server administration and configuration. Hands-on experience managing sites, libraries, permissions, and collaborative components within SharePoint. Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and integrations. Experience with document governance, metadata management, taxonomy, and information architecture. Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical SharePoint solutions. Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation and form creation. Stron
