About Decisions + ProcessMaker Decisions + ProcessMaker is a global software company helping organizations automate and improve the way they work. Our platform is used by leading companies and institutions around the world to streamline processes, improve productivity, and accelerate digital transformation. Following the merger of Decisions + ProcessMaker, we are growing our Revenue Operations team and looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help support our global Sales organization. About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams. In this role, you will partner closely with our Sales team to ensure deals move through the sales process efficiently and accurately. You will help prepare and review order forms, maintain Salesforce data, support reporting, and act as a trusted operational resource for our sales organization. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams work more effectively, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Review and manage order forms and sales contracts to ensure accuracy before execution. Support the Sales team throughout the deal process and help remove operational roadblocks. Help maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline data in Salesforce. Create reports and dashboards that help leaders make informed decisions. Assist with onboarding and training new Sales team members on tools and processes. Maintain sales documentation, templates, and process guides. Collaborate with Finance and other teams to support deal execution. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
