## Accountabilities Lead the cultural and technological transformation through the adoption of AI tools, including generative AI, machine learning, and automation solutions. Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in business processes that can be optimized through AI-driven approaches. Design, test, and implement AI solutions such as advanced prompts, automated workflows, and AI agents integrated into daily operations. Facilitate innovation initiatives by connecting internal teams with startups, vendors, and technology partners. Monitor emerging technologies and trends to ensure continuous evolution and competitiveness in AI adoption. Define, track, and analyze innovation KPIs, demonstrating ROI and business impact of implemented solutions. Deliver workshops and training sessions to promote AI literacy and encourage cross-functional adoption. Requirements: Strong innovation mindset, hands-on profile, curiosity, critical thinking, and fast learning ability. Proven practical experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, and AI automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar). Experience with low-code/no-code AI platforms and workflow automation solutions. Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, business-oriented solutions across different functions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead change. Nice to have: basic/intermediate Python for data/AI, experience in startups or innovation hubs, and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
