This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all AMO services while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction in the region. The position is based full-time in Guyana with periodic operational support to Trinidad. As a **AMO Manager – Guyana** , you will be responsible for: * Leading day‑to‑day AMO operations including inspection, redress, assembly, and loadout activities. * Ensuring compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and company procedures. * Driving on‑time delivery, turnaround time improvements, and operational efficiency. * Managing workforce planning, development, and performance of the local AMO team. * Playing a key role in the oversight of inventory, spare parts management, and material readiness. * Coordinating closely with service delivery, field teams, and customers. * Supporting regional initiatives and providing periodic operational support to Trinidad. * Contributing to P&L performance through cost control and productivity improvements. **Fuel
