Must Have
Bachelor's degree or college graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in Transaction Monitoring, AML investigations, or related financial crime operations, understanding of TM alert workflows, AML typologies, and risk indicators, analytical and critical thinking skills, High attention to detail with sound judgment in decision validation, written and verbal communication skills, Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools, Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills

Prior experience performing quality reviews, second-level checks, or peer reviews

Perform independent quality reviews
Validate alert disposition decisions
Review investigation narratives and supporting evidence
Ensure compliance with AML regulations
Identify quality gaps and deficiencies
Provide feedback to analysts
Escalate material quality issues
Track recurring quality findings
Participate in calibration sessions
Support audits and client reviews
Ensure timely tracker updates
Drive quality assurance
Foster analyst development
Provide support on policy inquiries
