What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field, Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in site services management, facility management, or a related role, Expert knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and systems, Proven people management skills, Financial acumen and budget management skills, Demonstrated ability to leverage data to uncover meaningful insights and drive operational improvements, Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance standards, and health and safety requirements

Nice to Have

Advanced degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field, Professional certifications in facility management or related fields, Experience with CMMS tools and systems, Experience working in vendor matrixed environments, Track record of driving and achieving contractual savings targets, Experience managing multi-site portfolios, Background in presenting innovative solutions and leading continuous improvement initiatives
