What You'll Achieve.
Contribution to the guest’s first impression of the hotel; Ensure timely and accurate amenity deliveries; Ensure amenities are properly assigned and delivered; Contribute directly to memorable guest arrivals and personalized hospitality experiences
Industry & Context.
Frequent walking throughout the property, Extended periods standing during shifts, Repetitive movement including lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, and reaching, A schedule based on operational needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, US work authorization is required

Must Have
Ability to communicate effectively in English through both verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork and collaboration across departments
Nice to Have
Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or luxury service experience preferred
What You'll Do.

Coordinate with Room Service
Review daily arrival reports and special guest requests
and presentation standards
Ensure all amenities are presented according to brand standards
Monitor inventory levels of amenity items
Assist with special occasions
Maintain accurate records of deliveries
Support Room Service operations as needed
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with Room Service, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations teams; Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork and collaboration across departments; Daily interaction with multiple hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Communication Scope
Ability to communicate effectively in English through both verbal and written communication skills
