Bachelor's degree in related field, 3 to 5 years experience in EHS, 3 to 5 years experience in Healthcare Safety, 3 to 5 years experience in Clinical Operations, 3 to 5 years experience in Security Operations, 3 to 5 years experience in Risk Management, 3 to 5 years experience in Emergency Management, 3 to 5 years experience in Preparedness, Working knowledge of Local rules, Working knowledge of State rules, Working knowledge of Federal rules, Working knowledge of Applicable Regulatory bodies, Working knowledge of emergency preparedness frameworks

What You'll Do.

Conduct facility safety rounds

Ensure timely mitigation

Ensure compliance with standards

Ensure compliance with regulations

Track safety findings

Trend safety findings

Resolve safety findings

Support incident investigations

Provide coaching on safe practices

Assist in PPE program implementation

Assist in hazard communication implementation

Assist in exposure response implementation

Support regulatory inspections

Ensure readiness at all times

Ensure implementation of security standards

Participate in security risk assessments

Assist with mitigation planning

Respond to workplace violence incidents

Respond to behavioral events

Reinforce escalation expectations

Notify Safety and Emergency Management

Complete incident reporting

Partner with local law enforcement

Partner with system security

Support post-incident reviews

Support corrective actions

Support development of EOPs

Support implementation of EOPs

Lead training and exercises

Facilitate training and exercises

Ensure execution of emergency procedures

Ensure execution of downtime processes

Ensure execution of continuity of operations

Assist with HVA activities

Assist with mitigation strategy implementation

Respond to active incidents
