What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Three years of pediatric clinical experience
What You'll Do.
Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach
Assesses individualized patient needs and plans
educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices
Ensures clinic processes and workflows comply with regulatory and policy compliance
Works closely with providers and other team members to ensure a smooth clinic flow
Documents according to organizational standards
Engages in the “workplace community” by staying aware of changes
Participating in data collection or auditing
Understanding Quality Improvement
Representing staff at relevant meetings
Reporting important information and updates back to staff
