What You'll Do.
Greet and register patients
Answer telephone calls
Schedule appointments
Pull and file medical charts
Provide excellent customer service
Interview and register patients
Obtain accurate information
Assist in identifying self-pay patients
Refer patients to financial assistance
Establish and maintain open communication
Assist in shadowing new employees
Assist in precepting new employees
