You'll get to: * Collaborate with the Sr. Digital Media Manager to plan, buy, execute, and report on digital media campaigns for our Tools & Outdoor brands, including analyzing results and recommending changes to optimize investment * Maintain and manage proper brand experience across multiple merchandising platforms and initiatives * Assist in executing content initiatives leveraging the platform to deliver optimal end user experience and assist with SEO initiatives to deliver maximum organic search results * Partner with sales, channel marketing, finance, shopper marketing and brand teams as well as agency partners to develop unique programs that align with sales goals * Lead the relationship with the SBD sales teams and media agency, negotiate packages/pricing, and manage an annual budget, including an investment budget for merchandising activities **The Person:** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
