**Work From Anywhere in LATAM/PH** **Work Schedule:** EST (with PST overlap as needed) | Full-Time, Monday–Friday **Compensation Range:** $2,500 – $3,500 USD/month based on experience **About the Client & Role** A premium longevity and healthy aging supplement brand is scaling its multi-marketplace Amazon presence across the US, Canada, and Europe, with active expansion into Mexico and Asia. They are hiring an Operations Coordinator to grow into a long-term strategic operations role and eventually become a key right hand to leadership in managing and scaling the organization. The company is founder-operated with a lean team of around 30 people, near-zero turnover, and a long-tenure culture where team members have stayed with the founder for a decade or more. Operations run with the precision of a much larger company while preserving the autonomy and ownership of a startup environment. The role begins with hands-on ownership of Amazon FBA replenishment and inventory planning across fulfillment centers — managing restock recommendations, inbound shipments, warehouse coordination, and operational risk monitoring (stranded inventory, stockouts, excess inventory). As you build operational fluency, scope expands into executive operations support, cross-department coordination, KPI oversight, process optimization, supply chain forecasting, and eventual leadership responsibilities. **Requirements** **Must-Have** * 2–5 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, including FBA shipment plan creation, replenishment workflows, and inventory management (verifiable in past job responsibilities, not skills lists) * Direct experience monitoring restock recommendations, stranded inventory, stockouts, and excess inventory across Amazon fulfillment centers * Documented experience coordinating directly with warehouse partners, 3PLs, freight forwarders, or manufacturers as a regular job function * Production-level proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for inventory tr
