What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, FBA shipment plan creation, replenishment workflows, inventory management, monitoring restock recommendations, stranded inventory, stockouts, excess inventory across Amazon fulfillment centers, coordinating directly with warehouse partners, 3PLs, freight forwarders, manufacturers, Production-level proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, inventory tracking, forecasting inputs, KPI/operational reporting, contributing to SOP documentation, process improvement, operational structure, At least one role with 18+ months of tenure, English proficiency at C1+ CEFR level, written and spoken, availability to work overlapping EST business hours, flexibility into PST when required
Nice to Have
Direct experience with FBA shipment execution across two or more international Amazon marketplaces, Hands-on experience with Amazon AWD (Warehousing & Distribution) shipments, Prior use of NetSuite or another ERP system, Background in supplements, nutraceuticals, health & wellness, or other regulated CPG categories, Prior exposure to executive operations support, cross-department coordination, supply chain forecasting
