Experience with Continuous Improvement, Experience with Six Sigma methodologies, Experience in facilitating training, Experience in training role, Experience in technical training, Experience in performance management, Experience in coaching, Experience in mentoring

What You'll Do.

Manage store improvement plan

Develop culture of continuous improvement

Develop culture of lean thinking

Contribute to Kaizen activities

Facilitate Kaizen activities

Drive implementation of Lean Standard Work

Drive implementation of SOPs

Train all levels in Kaizen activities

Support all levels in Kaizen activities

Disseminate Lean Standard Work principles

Support UFG store implementation Agenda

Manage UFG store implementation Agenda

Take ownership for LSC

Coordinate LSC process improvement activities

Prioritise LSC process improvement activities

Coordinate LSC resources

Prioritise LSC resources

Lead daily GEMBA activities

Solve associate identified barriers

Standardize processes to benchmark standards

Maintain relationships with Process Owners

Maintain relationships with store 3P stakeholders

Create data driven arguments
