What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Ability to operate computer equipment and reservation systems, verbal and written communication skills in English, Professional demeanor, attention to detail, commitment to guest service, Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or related experience preferred, Basic working knowledge of restaurant operations within a luxury hospitality environment

What You'll Do.

Greet and seat guests promptly

Manage guest reservations

Respond to inquiries via telephone

Anticipate guest needs

Resolve inquiries or concerns

Recognize repeat guests by name

Maintain and inspect daily menus

Develop and maintain menu knowledge

Ensure proper table setup

Make minor adjustments to table setup

Complete special projects

Comply with Four Seasons Work Rules
