To do so, the officer identifies and analyses emerging user needs and market trends to create innovative solutions that attract new audiences whilst strengthening engagement with existing patrons. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, conceptualising and driving prototypes, and testing novel concepts through iterative development, as well as developing the scaling plan/strategy for successful prototypes. To perform these roles, the officer will collaborate with NLB divisions and external stakeholders to build digital tools, interactive platforms and experiences that support NLB’s core functions. **[What we are looking for]** * Preferably more than 2 years of working experience in transformation, innovation, change management or equivalent roles.
