Who Are We? Brooke Charter Schools is a network of four public charter schools, serving grades K-12 in Mattapan, Roslindale, and East Boston. At Brooke, we coach and invest in our teachers so that they can help our students achieve at the highest levels and graduate from college. What is the Alumni Success Coach role? The Alumni Success Coach supports Brooke graduates in persisting through college and other postsecondary pathways, ensuring they have the academic, financial, and social support necessary to complete a degree or credential of value. This role combines one-on-one coaching, in-person campus support, financial aid expertise, data-driven advising, and community-building strategies to help alumni navigate challenges, strengthen belonging, and thrive beyond high school. As a Alumni Success Coach at Brooke High School, you will be responsible for: Alumni Advising to that end, we encourage individuals of all backgrounds to apply for any position at Brooke Charter Schools.
