Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in community engagement, communications, education, or a related field., Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences., Organisational and time-management skills, Experience using CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and digital communication tools (WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, etc.)., Demonstrated ability to gather insights, identify trends, and translate qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations., Passionate about education, employability, and community development in Africa.

What You'll Do.

Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni community.

Identify success stories.

Activate alumni engagement.

Strengthen the overall impact of the ALX ecosystem.

Serve as the main point of contact for alumni in assigned region

providing personalized guidance and support.

Conduct one-on-one calls and group sessions to assess alumni needs

track career progress

and identify opportunities for growth or re-enrolment.

Capture insights and feedback from alumni interactions to inform product

Manage CRM records diligently

ensuring data accuracy on alumni profiles

and employment updates.

Support job-readiness

and community activation initiatives within assigned city or region.

Act as an ambassador for the ALX brand.
