What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years Fund Administration experience, 2+ years people management experience, Experience managing client relationships, Good working knowledge (2+ years) of AML and regulations impacting the industry, Knowledge of Transfer Agency policies and procedures, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel

Nice to Have

Hedge fund of Transfer Agency Experience, Knowledge of Private Equity (P/E) funds, Bachelor's degree in finance and/or Business-related area or relevant working experience (2+ years of experience)

What You'll Do.

Oversight of the Transfer Agency client service team

Management of client relationships

Acting as a point of escalation for the team on any technical issues

Ensuring policies and procedures are followed and best practices are applied

Identifying enhancements for greater efficiencies and productivity

Supporting business growth through onboarding of new clients

Fostering a continuous learning environment

Managing key priorities on a daily basis

Managing team resources including recruitment of new staff

Effective management of the team and all associated HR Policies

Performance and career developments

Building and maintaining client relationships through regular meetings

Ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction

Acting as point of contact for client escalation

Final sign off on internal (e. g. NAV)

client and investor reporting

Taking full ownership on daily

cash and trade reconciliations

Proactively identify gaps in internal key controls

Promoting a risk awareness culture within the team

Participate in department wide training efforts

Draft and deliver training course

Facilitate ‘on the job’ training for Senior Associates
