The ideal candidate demonstrates strong operational judgment, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision. **Why this role is important to us:** The ETF Associate 2 role is a key contributor to the stable and timely delivery of ETF operational services. As client complexity and product volumes increase, accurate execution and effective issue resolution are critical to managing operational risk and meeting client expectations.
