Must Have
At least 8 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex, regulated environment, Expert-level experience using JIRA, including creating dashboards, structures, and detailed reports, hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile delivery tools including JIRA, Confluence, and others, Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills, communication and stakeholder-management abilities, Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and compliance experts

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads; Collaborate with Project Managers/Leads and DevOps and Release Management teams; Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement; Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches; Conduct periodic sync meetings with Scrum Masters and stakeholders; Experience working with cross-functional teams; Work together to capture opportunities
