Must Have
8+ years fund accounting, 8+ years fund administration, 8+ years investment operations, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Experience overseeing third-party fund administrators, Experience working with third-party fund administrators, Experience supporting financial statement audits, Experience with regulated investment products
Nice to Have
CFA preferred, CPA preferred, Other professional financial designation preferred, Prior experience with 1940 Act interval funds
What You'll Do.
Provide independent oversight of NAV deliverables
Perform analytical reviews of NAV drivers
Investigate variances outside established tolerances
Apply sound professional judgment
Exercise appropriate challenge
Escalate issues as necessary
Serve as escalation for complex accounting matters
Oversee fund expense process
Review expense accruals
and payment workflows
and reasonableness of fund expenses
Ensure alignment with governing documents
