Il regroupe 320 collaborateurs et accueille la direction générale des fonctions transverses du Groupe. ****Tes missions :**** Communication interne/externe : * Participer et déployer le plan de communication interne des réseaux R&D/projets * Relayer aux sites les messages et les campagnes du Groupe; gérer les actions de communications internes du réseau R&D * Participe à l’organisation d’évènements internes * Participer/planifier et faire le suivi de la campagne de communication du réseau : publication d’articles sur le portail groupe/élaboration de vidéos/préparation Group webcast …. Projets transversaux et RH : * Participer à la campagne des experts et à la promotion de ce réseau * Participer à l’élaboration et mise en page de présentations diverses * Participer aux processus de gestion des carrières : revue des talents groupe, salarial, expertise etc … * Extraire/analyser les indicateurs RH et mettre en place de plans d’action à fin d’amélioration (outil Workday) * Participer aux Projets RH lancés par le réseau (exemple : diversité, nouveau career path …) ****À propos de toi :**** * Tu es étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2, avec
