What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree in Corporate Communications, Information Systems, or Business Management, First experience or completed a relevant internship in a corporate environment where you were responsible for managing information flow or technical writing, High level of proficiency in Digital Communication Tools, Highly skilled in Technical Writing/Copyediting, Proven ability to work under pressure and remain calm during fast-moving technical crises, Exceptionally clear communicator who can simplify complex technical jargon for any audience, Fully fluent in English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Basic experience with Incident Management frameworks (ITIL)
What You'll Do.
Handling all Internal communication concerning the Command Center and its’ activities
Consolidate daily/monthly operational health reports
Maintain and update global communication matrices
Audit existing notification templates and tools
Prepare OSR’s for D &IT customers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaison between Global Command Center and worldwide business stakeholders; Partner with the Command Center to consolidate daily/monthly operational health reports; Ensure correct regional & global management are aware of new services, offerings, monthly news letters etc
Communication Scope
Internal communication; Clear communicator; Simplify complex technical jargon for any audience
