Deliver the ultimate CHANEL experience to the client; Ensure all projects are executed accurately and efficiently
Industry & Context.
Ability to lift 15 lb., A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays, Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the the receiving of shipping of product to support sales to ensure optimal client service
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum High School Diploma, Ability to lift 15 lb., A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
Nice to Have
Previous alterations experience in a luxury retail environment of a minimum 5 years of related experience, Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
What You'll Do.
Fit each garment with client(s)
Alter a wide range of garments
Organize and maintain client owned pieces
Interact with clients to suggest styling
Maintain up to date knowledge of alteration techniques
Ensure sewing machines and equipment are in proper working order
Alter or repair clients' garments
Fit garments on clients
Construct garments according to clients’ specifications
Label clients' garments
Record alterations required
Communicate with clients
Use irons and pressing machines
