Surrounding great professionals will help grow both in personal and professional development **This position is a hybrid role (3 days from the office per week) with shift working hours 9 AM - 7 PM**. # **Your new role** As an **Alpha** **Middle Office Expert** you will be responsible for: * Servicing all aspects of trade confirmation and settlement across multiple products (Forex Exchange, cash, equity, fixed income, money market and more) * Verifying trades booked by client against counterparty instructions * Ensuring that all trades are confirmed within predetermined timeframes and that all relevant deadlines are met * Cooperating with clients, brokers, custodians, fund accountants, various internal stakeholders and other third parties * Leading resolution of most complex queries by cooperating with internal teams and external parties * Assessing risk exposure and taking appropriate steps with escalation and resolution * Driving process improvement * Participating in new business on-boarding process * Supporting third party claims management and liability recommendations for Senior Management # **What we value** **Desired experience and qualifications:** * Good English & communication Skills * Analytical skills & willingness to learn * Understanding of financial products * Ability to work with client and market driven timeliness * Flexibility and time management skills * Research and problem-solving skills **Minimum Salary:** zł87 000 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
