**Who we are looking for** The Alpha Business Testing Officer will play a pivotal role in driving automation initiatives across the Alpha platform. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing automated testing strategies to improve quality, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency. The Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the Testing Center of Excellence (CoE), and support the shift-left testing approach to enable early defect detection and robust integration validation. The right candidate will have experience and proven success in managing and building testing automation programs using UiPath for both robotics and GenAI, as well as tools like Jira.
