What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of hands‑on experience of business analysis within data management, asset management or financial services, Experience working in Agile environments, Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, data science, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience in data analysis or data management within asset management or financial services, understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives), Familiarity with data visualization tools (e. g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus, Prince2, PMP or equivalent project management qualifications

**Who we are looking for.** We are looking for a business analyst with demonstrated experience of writing business requirements and standards. The role will work with across a number of product teams within Alpha Data Services to document their business requirements. The role includes the build out of standard product documentation across three practice areas. **Why this role is important to us?** The team you will be joining is a part of a global, cross-divisional group supporting State Street Alpha.
