Proven track record of understanding and aligning client requirements with enterprise solutions, Experience working in a high growth, complex, fast paced environment, Extensive experience of private markets assets and service requirements, Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and implementation of front, middle, back office and data solutions within the investment management industry, Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements and vice versa, Ability to work in a team environment, secure team and stakeholder buy-in, and motivate team to accomplish goals and objectives
Nice to Have
Demonstrated experience working on large transformational programs, Knowledge of front and middle office technology is an advantage, such as Charles River, Blackrock Aladdin, Thinkfolio, SimCorp Dimension, Markit EDM, Eagle Pace, etc., Experience with Agile software development, highly configurable systems and leading testing techniques, Knowledge of Compliance, Performance, Risk and Analytics would also be an advantage
What You'll Do.
Drive solutions for clients across all aspects of the Alpha Front to Back platform
Align client requirements with enterprise solutions
Identify business solutions that meet client and product outcomes
Drive solutions and operating model design through the sales process
Support the implementation to ensure the solution delivered is in line with expectations
Support the ongoing client relationship to ensure the client receives maximum value from the Alpha platform

Lead discussions and detailed analysis to ensure there is a rigorous review to determine the best solution for the client and the Alpha business
Conduct in-depth analysis of client workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
Translate requirements into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Business Solution Documents that bridge current state needs to strategic outcomes
Drive strategic alignment
identify challenges in operating model design and call out areas that may require technology builds and changes to the existing operating model
Influence internal best practice on the approach to operating model design including decision tree criteria where State Street has more than one option to resolve a client requirement
Grow your individual knowledge of Alpha and the broader State Street solution set such that you can engage across client types on a multi-product basis
Provide support for Request for Information / Proposals and client presentations
Ensure solutions align to Alpha product principles
and scalability objectives
Apply emotional intelligence to manage escalations
and maintain momentum across internal teams and client stakeholders

The State Street Alpha team is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Lead to drive solutions for our clients across all aspects of our Alpha Front to Back platform. Applicants should have a proven track record of understanding and aligning client requirements with enterprise solutions by collaborating with stakeholders including global business architects and product owners to identify business solutions that meet client and product outcomes. This role will be engaged from the start of any new client/prospect interaction, driving solutions and operating model design through the sales process, supporting the implementation to ensure the solution delivered is in line with expectations, and supporting the ongoing client relationship to ensure the client receives maximum value from the Alpha platform. Applicants should be comfortable working in a high growth, complex, fast paced environment helping to drive the firm’s strategy and Alpha product capabilities.
