**Who we are looking for** We are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing testing within large-scale, client-facing transformation programs. The AVP will play a pivotal role in the Alpha Global Testing Practice, overseeing strategy, planning, execution, and governance of end-to-end platform testing during Alpha implementations. These programs span complex business models and data flows across front, middle, and back office operations involving State Street, Charles River Development, clients, and industry partners. **Why this role is important to us** Alpha is the industry’s first global interoperable platform that unifies front, middle, and back office functions under one provider. Thorough testing of Alpha’s applications, data, and workflows is essential to accelerate implementation timelines, ensure consistent delivery, and provide a seamless client experience.
