## About the Role In this role you will be a part of the Distribution Planning team, in service to our stores and field organization. The team translates qualitative and quantitative data into actionable strategies to decide what to put in stores and delight our customer--we set the plan that gets product where it needs to go, when it needs to be there. As the Distribution Planner, you'll manage allocation strategies for a product category or division, ensuring that store-level distribution strategies align with product strategies and financial plans. You are customer curious, passionate about translating data into action, and excel at building strong cross-functional partnerships. ## What You'll Do * Strategize with cross functional teams and leaders to design initial release strategies; ensure consistent and profitable in season replenishment * Assist in defining business and systems strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions. * Ensure store inventory levels reflect merchandise strategies and stores positioned to meet or exceed sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals * Timely communication of key timelines, deliverables, and expectations to cross functional team members. ## Who You Are * Possess and demonstrate expert analysis and problem-solving skills, driving for innovative approaches to meet objectives with speed and conviction * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a cross functional team * Comfortable with complex systems and large data sets * Experience in advanced Microsoft Excel
