Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field, 1–3 years of experience in allocation, planning, merchandising, or a related analytical role, analytical skills, High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, communication skills, comfort partnering cross-functionally, commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools
Nice to Have
preferably within wholesale or consumer products, Advanced proficiency in experience with planning systems, BI tools, or SQL is a plus

Full Job Description
## RESPONSIBILITIES Execute weekly and monthly allocation strategies across wholesale partners to support sales targets and inventory efficiency Analyze sell-through, inventory levels, and demand signals to inform allocation decisions and identify risks and opportunities Partner closely with the Wholesale Planning Manager to support forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on inventory availability and partner needs Monitor in-season performance and proactively recommend allocation adjustments to maximize revenue and minimize excess inventory Support reporting and ad-hoc analysis related to wholesale performance, inventory health, and allocation effectiveness ## QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field1–3 years of experience in allocation, planning, merchandising, or a related analytical role, preferably within wholesale or consumer products Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with planning systems, BI tools, or SQL is a plus High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and comfort partnering cross-functionally Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
