A world of wonder awaits you. **About the Job** * The Allocation Analyst is responsible for running weekly replenishment for our own retail stores and managing the entire ordering process for all products. * Supports cluster planning teams to fully execute their product plans and achieve inventory and sales targets. * Responsible to monitor inventory at stores at the cluster level in alignment with seasonal merchandise strategies * Ensures inventory KPIs are met and takes actions in partnership with Planning team, manages inventory transfer process as needed * Acts as system expert and generalist to support the team with ad-hoc tasks and analysis * Works closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business Support and Logistics **About You** We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following: * 4-year University degree * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role * Experience with Retail (Fashion and Luxury brands) * Strong willingness to learn and understand Planning and Merchandising * Curiosity to dig into data and to understand cause and effect. * Strong proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheets (Excel) and attention to detail * Ability to develop insights and utilize financial measurements. * Aptitude to learn new technical applications and tools. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams. **What we offer** You can expect a range of benefits, including: * Hybrid Working (4 days in office 1 day WF
