In the Alliance Management Principal position, you will be the vital link between internal teams and external partners, providing subject matter expertise and fit-for-purpose governance to ensure optimal delivery in accordance with robust Service Level Agreements. By collaborating across a matrix organisation and partnering with key stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, and Digital Technology, you will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and foster a culture of innovation to navigate an shifting safety systems landscape. ****The Opportunity:**** * Lead the development and implementation of holistic global safety sourcing and outsourcing strategies that maximise value, increase productivity, and reduce operational complexities. * Define, implement, and maintain robust vendor governance and performance management frameworks across a diverse human resource and technology vendor landscape. * Partner with vendors and internal teams to design, manage, and adopt automated or
