Experience producing ICD 203 compliant intelligence analysis, Experience with the INDOPACOM AOR, Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment, Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings, Ability to support shift work, TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, or 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree
Nice to Have
Experience working in a Joint Staff environment, Experience briefing senior defense clients

All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Mid **The Opportunity:** With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized regional and functional experience and attention to detail to develop intelligence reports to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand the operational environment. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open-source. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers. As the authority on your region, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in intelligence analysis, and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.
